This is show #82, Working Out with the Blues!

Hey, everybody! This is Dave Harrison, your blues DJ coming at you from the Star City of Virginia… Ya know long
time listener and friend Shivaji recently told me that he often workouts while listening to my show! Well I immediately
apologized for some recent interview shows, but thought that it would be a great thing to try and make a show just
with fast paced, ass shaking, and heart thumping blues! So that’s what this show is all about! Working Out with the
Blues! And even if you’re not one to work out, you’ll still love the show!

Well, we started off the show with “Insomniacs Boogie” by The Insomniacs!

So, who else is gonna get your heart pumping? Well, how about J P Soars, Low Dirty Deal;

Dennis Jones, Hot Sauce;

Coco Montoya, Cool Like Dat;

Tab Benoit, Bone Pickin;

Roomful of Blues, Farmer John;

Zac Harmon, Honey Bee;

Delta Wires, Pontiac Blues;

Rod Piazza and the Mighty Flyers Blues Quartet, Sunbird;

Mel Melton and the Wicked Mojos, Zydeco Razzle;

Delta Highway, Shake It Just A Little Bit;

Roomful of Blues, We B 3;

and ending up with The Insomniacs, Root Beer Float!

After the workout, we’ll slowly cool down with Mike Zito, Today;

and finally Coco Montoya with Mother and Daughter!

A special thanks to all the independent artists, the signed artists, the promoters, and the record labels for the ongoing
support in the
BluzNdaBlood Show, your first stop for the best in the blues!

Also special thanks go out to Mike Hatcher from England, who has volunteered to give my web site a facelift! I look
forward to working with him! Also Michael Allen, from the
Crossroads Blues Gallery for his ongoing support in
allowing me to use his incredible artwork on my show and web sites!

Be sure to swing by the BluzNdaBlood home page! There are hyperlinks to all the great music that you hear on my
show!

Enjoy the show and keep in touch! I can be found at MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter! Or better yet, e-mail
