Show #98,
Backlogged In Blues!

This is Show #98, Backlogged In Blues!

Well, hello there! And welcome to another BluzNdaBlood Show! This is your BluzNdaBlood  DJ
Dave Harrison coming at you once again from the Star City of Virginia …

Well, after two Women in Blues shows, which I’m very proud of and received lots of great feedback
on, plus two special shows celebrating the Mannish Boys 5 year anniversary, I quickly got
backlogged in blues!  I was receiving lots and lots of CDs to play from signed and unsigned
artists that I’ve been dying to play, so here ya go!

We started off the show Sean Carney playing his tune, “Why Do You Lie” off of his Nite Owlz CD,
Life of Ease.

So who else is on our backlogged blues roster to play on our show? We’ll be treated to
the brand new
Dave Weld and the Imperial Flames, “Ed’s Boogie”; Here he gets some
help from his special guest, Lil' Ed Williams!

Elvin Bishop, joins the fun with his brand new CD that's out called “Red Dog Speaks”;

hounds tooth provides a little funky blues tune in a modern blues style called, “Blues Is Truth”;

Rick Taylor, our  guitar slinger of over 40 years, called "By Myself”;

Roxy Perry, the New York Songbird cranks out “Blues Comes To Call”;

Tommy Lee Cook, covers the great Big Bill Bronzy's song “Big Boss Man”;

Pat Pepin, the "First Lady of Sax" plays a tune off of her IBC nominated album for
"Best Self-produced CD", here's “Sneakin’ Suspicion”;

Billy Lavender, gets off tail feathers shaking with his song “Shake It Baby”;

Marshall Lawrence, the "doctor of the blues" cranks out “You’re Gonna Find The Blues”;

Kirk Fletcher, has a brand new Eclecto Groove CD out and shares his number “Ain’t No Way”;

Ron Tanski, gets our fingers snapping with his boogie tune called “Hurricane Boogie”;

Joe Bonamassa, gets a little support from the one and only B.B. King playing “Night Life”;

and wrapping up with the big winner from the BMA’s Tommy Castro,
with “Make It Back To Memphis”.

Well, you know the routine! Now that you’ve heard this great music, go out and buy the music!
Or go out and see them live! Then buy their music and tell them you heard their music on
